Guacamole is basically a sauce with avocado as its main ingredient. Other common ingredients used for the preparation of guacamole are tomatoes, onion, garlic, lemon, chili and yoghurt. Normally it is used as a dip. Nevertheless, it is used also to enhance the flavour of the food as well. In many places like America, this item is used as a salad ingredient as well.

Interesting recipe for preparing guacamole

- Avocados 3


- Juiced lime1

- Kosher salt teaspoon

- Ground cumin teaspoon

- Cayenne teaspoon

- Diced onion

- Jalapeno pepper

- Roma tomatoes 2

- Chopped cilantro 1 tablespoon

- Minced garlic 1 clove

Method of preparation

Take a large bowl and put the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice into it. Toss it well so that it is evenly coated. Carefully drain it and keep the lime juice safely on the side for the future use. Crush the cumin, salt, and cayenne, using a potato masher. After that, gradually fold in the combination of onions, tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro. Then, introduce 1 tsp of lime juice. Allow it to stand for the minimum of 1 hour and when set, entertain your guest with this delicious and unique food item.
